POCUS education is expanding within many departments on the Lebanon campus as well as our group partner emergency departments. Fellows will have ample educational opportunities and participate in our active medical student ultrasound electives, resident and interdisciplinary faculty ultrasound training, and burgeoning teleUS project. Fellows will be expect to help create and revise curriculum within these projects.

Administrative responsibilities including machine maintenance and purchase, IT/Biomed, documentation, privileging/credentialing, image processing software, and billing are each covered in depth to prepare the fellow to manage all aspects of either a community or academic emergency ultrasound program. Program faculty participate in a variety of institutional committees which the fellow is welcome to attend.
