Ultrasound Machines
Currently the department has 3 machines available for emergency and trauma patient care in the AGH ED. Our chief machines are two GE Venues (purchased 5/21). The other active machines is a GE Venue Go for Trauma Patients.
Ultrasound Probes
Endocavitary, Phased array, Liniear, and Curvilinear probes are available.
Image Recorder
Indicated Emergency Ultrasounds are ordered through the EMR (EPIC) and sent to Qpath Workflow solution upon completion of the exam. Following attending signature, the images are stored on our PACS (Visage) system and the report is stored in EPIC results.
