Thank you for your interest in SIUH Ultrasound Fellowship. The Staten Island University Hospital (SIUH) ultrasound fellowship is
a one-year program set in Staten Island, New York. Our hospital
consists of two sites (North and South), which are two of only three
hospitals on Staten Island. SIUH North is a level-I trauma center,
STEMI center with a 24-hour cath lab, regional burn center, and
designated New York state stroke center. Our yearly patient volume is
close to 80,000 and growing rapidly. SIUH South is a community-based hospital
that provides a different experience from our tertiary center at SIUH
North. We have a burgeoning 3-year emergency medicine residency
program and a diverse faculty with additional fellowship training in a
variety of specialties, including toxicology and pediatrics.
