Average Number of US
Residents generally graduate with between 300-400 ultrasound scans logged. Residents who are preparing for an EM US Fellowship generally graduate with between 500-1000 scans and a specific area of subspecialty focus identified such as prehospital US, Education, Regional Anesthesia, and Resuscitative echocardiography (Transesophageal and Transthoracic) to name a few examples of our recent grads and fellows.

Yes, multiple electives with the opportunity to further knowledge in general ultrasound applications, regional anesthesia, EMS, and cardiology.
