Ultrasound Fellowship Education
Fellows use a mix of asynchronous learning and formal lecture based learning. There are weekly QA sessions as well as journal article review. Advanced US applications are discussed in lecture format, and are practiced via mini electives such as regional anesthesia, and in the simulation center with high fidelity mannequins or with standardized patients.
Education is a major focus of the fellowship, and opportunities to hone teaching skills as well as develop curriculums are abundant.
