Outside Lectures

Numerous opportunities exist for fellows to teach outside the institution including but not limited to: structured longitudinal POCUS curriculum for George Washington University Medical School and EM residency.

Internal Lectures

Participation in structured longitudinal POCUS curriculum for pediatric emergency medicine fellows.
Procedural POCUS teaching to pediatric residents in their resuscitation curriculum.

Ultrasound Courses

CNH faculty are involved with teaching at local, national, and international courses and include the ultrasound fellows whenever possible. Locally, courses are conducted annually at CNH for faculty members, and annually at GWU for incoming EM residents (2 day bootcamp)

Research projects are ongoing at CNH, and ultrasound fellows are welcome to participate and initiate their own.
