The University of Utah Emergency Ultrasound Division is an exciting new ultrasound program that has made huge strides in the last few years toward developing a strong presence with in the hospital and across the greater mountain west. In the last 6 years we have started billing for scans, putting on local and regional conferences, taught point of care ultrasound to other specialties within the hospital, established multiple research projects, started an ultrasound fellowship and created a successful medical student elective. Our faculty sits on ACEP ultrasound section subcommittees and are national leaders in ultrasound. They are dedicated, energetic and motivated to teach emergency ultrasound medicine at it's highest level. We hope you will come join the team.
