Welcome
Thank you for your interest in the Emergency Ultrasound Fellowship at Maimonides Medical Center. During the one year fellowship, all aspects of emergency sonography are adressed. The fellow will not only become highly skilled at acquiring and interpreting images, but also become involved with the research division as well as assist with all administrative aspects of the Emergency Ultrasound Division. This exposure will prepare the fellow to become a Director of Emergency Ultrasonography. Working in this high volume, high acuity ED will help solidify your training and make you a true expert upon completion of the fellowhsip. Located in the heart of Brooklyn, often referred to as "the center of the universe," both the cultural diversity and social opportunities when not at work are endless.
